Terms of Use

This is a courtesy translation. The Portuguese version, at vexor.app/terms, is the one that prevails. Brazilian law still applies.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms cover the use of the vexor.app site and the purchase of automated customer support on WhatsApp. The commercial conditions of each purchase, such as price, term and scope, are those of the accepted proposal, which prevails over anything generic stated here.

What we do

We implement and operate the automated WhatsApp support for your business. The assistant serves the contracting business, never as a general assistant: we build the conversation flow, write the replies with your business information, connect the number, follow the conversations and fix whatever is wrong.

When the custom assistant is purchased, the same work covers whatever the proposal lists: reminders and scheduling, research, records in the pipeline, time-based routines and, if it is in scope, access to files on your computer.

We do not replace human support where it is needed, this is not an emergency channel and we do not take on any legal obligation that belongs to your business, such as a duty to provide specific information for your sector.

What your business needs to do

  • give correct information about the service, price, schedule and support policy, and give notice when something changes;
  • keep the WhatsApp number active and in compliance with the Meta rules;
  • use the contact base with a legal basis, and respect anyone who asks not to receive a message.

Access to files on your computer

Access to files is included only when the proposal provides for it, and applies to the folders you authorise in writing. Every command that creates, changes or deletes a file goes through your approval before it runs, and whatever was executed is logged.

The content of your files remains yours, you state that you have the right to process it, and we do not copy, sell or share that content beyond what the operation requires. You can revoke access at any time, and the operation is adjusted the same day.

Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use the service for spam, mass messaging without a legal basis, unlawful content, hate speech, scams, or any practice that violates the Meta policies. Misuse suspends the service, with no refund of the period already used.

Third-party costs

WhatsApp charges per message inside the 24 hour window, a price set by Meta and passed on with no margin for us. There is no unlimited messaging. The language model consumption follows the ceiling configured at purchase, with a block once the limit is reached.

Monthly fee and payment

The monthly fee, the payment method and the adjustment are those of the accepted proposal. Late payment suspends the operation after notice.

Term and termination

The term is that of the proposal. On the monthly plan, either party may terminate with 30 days notice, and whatever was already provided in the current period remains due.

On the annual plan, the 12 months are paid upfront at purchase and the contract runs for 12 months. Withdrawing within 7 days of the purchase, we refund the full amount paid, including the setup. Cancelling between day 8 and day 30, we refund the amount paid minus the days used, without the setup. After day 30, the contract runs to the end of the 12 months and the amount already paid is not refunded.

Cancellation is requested through the WhatsApp where the purchase was handled. Once the contract ends, we return or delete the data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Personal data and confidentiality

Each party keeps confidential whatever it learns about the other. The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy and the LGPD, and your business is the controller of its contacts' data.

Data processing as operator

For the data of contacts and service conversations, your business is the controller and we are the operator. We process this data only on your business's documented instruction and to deliver the service, and we tell you if an instruction appears to be unlawful.

The providers we use to deliver the service are listed in the Privacy Policy, and we update that list if a new provider starts processing this data. If we become aware of a security incident affecting this data, we notify your business within 48 hours, so that it can meet its notice to the ANPD and to data subjects.

At the end of the contract, we give your business a copy of its data and delete the rest within 30 days, except for retention periods required by law.

Ownership

The content your business provides remains yours. The operation material we create for your support stays with us, and whatever is delivered to the client is what the proposal provides for.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for unavailability of Meta, WhatsApp, the carrier or any other third party, nor for misuse of the service by the client. Our liability, where it exists, is limited to the amount paid in the month before the event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies. The jurisdiction is the one defined in the commercial proposal of each purchase.
