Vexor is a Brazilian company based in São Paulo that does one thing: custom AI assistants on WhatsApp for small and medium businesses.
Our team handles setup and operation.
We interview your business, write the routines, put them live and tune them with real use.
The assistant runs on your own number.
What we do
- Customer service on WhatsApp, answering about services, prices, lead times and open slots.
- Booking: book, reschedule, cancel, confirm and remind 72 hours, 24 hours and 2 hours before.
- A record of each chat and what was agreed, to look up later.
- File organization on your computer, in the folders you authorize in writing.
- Handoff to a person when needed, with the history attached.
The 72-hour reminder usually goes out after the WhatsApp 24-hour window has closed.
So it is sent as a utility template, which Meta charges per message and which does not count toward the 1,000 free service messages of the month (Meta’s charging rules).
How we work
We deliver in stages.
The assistant goes live within 1 business day of receiving the information, and each stage is demonstrated as it goes in.
Who it is for
Clinics and private practices, salons and barbershops, shops, real estate agents, insurance brokers, freelancers and small teams.
It fits anyone who books appointments or sells on WhatsApp.
What we don’t do
We don’t answer health questions through the assistant, we don’t make up results and we do not promise unlimited messages.
Meta’s cost per message is real, about $0.0034 per service or utility message in the United States as of October 1, 2026 (Meta’s official rates).
Anyone who says otherwise is just hiding the cost until later.
Data and responsibility
The chat lives on the business’s WhatsApp, which is the main source, and the records are stored in the Vexor system, with a full export if you leave.
The number belongs to the business, and so does the responsibility for it.
Data handling follows Brazil’s LGPD, and what we do is described in the Privacy Policy.
Price
No setup fee, and a monthly fee of $500 to $1,050, depending on the size of the operation.
On the annual plan, 12 months paid upfront, the monthly fee gets a 20% discount ($400, $640 or $840 per month).
