Management assistant criteria, numbers, and roles

Published on October 20, 2026 · Updated on October 20, 2026

The management assistant shows the team using the rules the owner taught it.

When there is no rule, it asks the owner and saves the answer.

What a criterion is

A criterion is a rule from the owner: the topic, the decision in one or two sentences, the reason, and the date.

The assistant only cites criteria that exist in the profile’s store.

It does not make up rules.

How the owner teaches it

On WhatsApp: the team asks, the assistant escalates to the owner, and the owner answers and confirms.

In the panel: the criteria screen shows the rules in force, the pending proposals, and the history.

Editing creates a new version.

Revoking takes the rule out of use and keeps the history.

Numbers and roles

The assistant only shows the rule to people on the list.

The role (owner or team) comes from the list, not from what the person says.

The owner can attach a name to each number in the panel.

Changing a number or a role is outside this screen.

What this page does not promise

The final decision stays with the owner.

The assistant advises and keeps a record.

Without proof of results, this page does not make up a case.
