Do I need a scheduling system to start

Published on October 04, 2026 · Updated on October 11, 2026

You don’t.

During setup we organize your hours, services and prices inside the assistant, and that is what it uses to offer open slots, confirm and remind.

If you book in a notebook, a spreadsheet or the WhatsApp chat, you gain the most, because today your calendar lives in one person’s memory.

Your calendar without a system

  • Opening hours by day of the week and by professional.
  • How long each service takes, so the slots offered fit real life.
  • Prices and what each service includes.
  • Simple rules: how far ahead people can book, and what to do with squeeze-ins.

That becomes the assistant’s content.

It never makes up a slot that doesn’t exist.

When a slot isn’t clear, it hands over to a person.

And if I already use a system

If you use iClinic, Feegow, Doctoralia or another system with an integration, the service changes: we connect the two, and we work out with you what can and can’t be linked.

Not every system exposes the functions needed, and it is better to find out before starting than halfway through.

What changes day to day

With an organized calendar and an assistant on WhatsApp, customers book open slots on their own, get a confirmation and a reminder, and reschedule when they need to.

At the front desk, what was agreed is in the chat, not in someone’s memory.

The confirmation in the chat goes out inside Meta’s 24-hour window, and a reminder outside it goes out as a utility template, charged per message.

What we need from you

A dedicated number and your business content.

With that, the assistant goes live within 1 business day of receiving the information, and the rest, like after-sales and archiving, goes live within the same window.

Cost

There is no setup fee, and the plan includes installation, calendar integration, the booking flow and the three reminders.

The monthly fee for the operation is between $500 and $1,050, depending on its size.

On the annual plan, 12 months paid upfront, the monthly fee gets a 20% discount ($400, $640 or $840 per month).
